Spring Sports in Full Swing

SAN FRANCISCO - Archbishop Riordan Spring Sports are fully underway with seven different sports now in action.

This last week, the three different varsity teams collected wins, as Archbishop Riordan won at the varsity level in Baseball, Boys Volleyball and Boys Lacrosse.

Last Wednesday, the varsity boys lacrosse team won at Skyline 10-2, improving to 2-3 overall on the season. On Thursday, the varsity boys volleyball team defeated Burton in four sets. The team improved to 2-0 overall on the year. On Saturday, the varsity baseball improved its overall record to 4-3 with a 3-2 come-from-behind walk off victory at home over South San Francisco.

Along with those sports, Boys and Girls Swimming and Track & Field, along with Boys Tennis and Boys Golf each have started West Catholic Athletic League play this spring season. Sailing and Esports are also competing this spring as Archbishop Riordan teams.
